How it works
Four steps to allocation
Step 01
Complete the application
Provide your personal details, preferred ward and stand type (residential or commercial).
Step 02
Attach required documents
National ID, proof of residence and any supporting paperwork requested by the council.
Step 03
Council review
The lands department reviews your submission and confirms availability in your chosen ward.
Step 04
Allocation & payment
Successful applicants are notified, allocated a stand and invoiced through the council ERP.
